Dr. Neil Lesinski was appointed superintendent of Community High School District 155 in July 2023, following six years of service as principal of Cary-Grove High School. He currently serves as chairperson of the Programming and Development Committee for the Illinois Association of School Administrators Kishwaukee Region, having been elected by his superintendent peers. His leadership at both the district and regional levels reflects a deep commitment to advancing educational excellence and supporting professional collaboration across Illinois.

Dr. Lesinski earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Western Illinois University and a master’s degree in educational leadership, along with a Type 75 Certification from Concordia University Chicago. He then continued to earn his doctorate in education from Aurora University.

Rachel Keesey received her bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, her master’s from Loyola University Chicago, an Educational Leadership certification from Aurora University, and a Director of Special Education certificate from Northern Illinois University.

Josh Nobilio earned a bachelor’s degree in special education, LBS1, from Illinois State University, a Type 73 Certification for a master's of social work from Loyola University Chicago, and a Type 75 Certificate from Northern Illinois University.

Matt Timmerman holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Iowa, a master’s in curriculum and instruction from North Central College, and a Type 75 Certification from Northern Illinois University.

Dr. Kevin Werner received a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College and his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He has a Chief School Business Official endorsement, a Type 75 Certification, and an Educational Specialist degree from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Werner earned his Educational Doctorate from Aurora University.

Trey Breeden earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Springfield, an executive certificate in Technology Leadership from Cornell University, and a project management certificate from Northwestern University. In addition to several IT industry certifications, he holds a CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute.

Kimberly Bromley earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and education from Carthage, a master’s in educational leadership from Concordia University, and an ELL endorsement from National Louis University. She is pursuing her educational doctoral specialist and superintendent’s endorsement from Concordia University.

Erica Bruso attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and a master’s of accounting. Along with being a Certified Public Accountant, she also holds a Chief School Business Official Certification.

Justin DeBolt holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Illinois State University and a master’s in educational business administration with a focus on educational entrepreneurship from the American College of Education.

Julie Duncan received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Evansville. Her graduate degrees include a Master of Science in Education with a major in guidance and counseling, and an Educational Specialist in educational leadership with a Type 75 certification from Eastern Illinois University.

Steve Knope holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish and secondary education from St. Norbert College, a master of arts in Spanish, and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Illinois University.

Dr. Steven Koch earned a bachelor’s degree in teaching of English and a master’s in English literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He later earned an educational specialist degree and his doctorate in education degree from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Koch holds his Type 75 Administrative Certificate and superintendent certification, which he also obtained from Northern Illinois University.
