Verifying Your Student's Plan
A Return to School selection form will be available in Skyward for each student. Please log into your Skyward account and complete the following steps, even if your student(s)' choice has not changed since July 29, 2020:
- Your new selection is due by: 11:59 PM MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28. Please be aware you must submit a selection form for each individual student.
- If you do not select a plan by September 28, your student(s) will be placed in Option #1, the Hybrid Instruction plan.
STEP ONE: Click "Online Forms" and "Fill Out Form" (Must be completed for each student)
STEP TWO: Select an Instruction Method and press “Complete Step 1 Only” Button
STEP THREE: Press the “Next Step” button
STEP FOUR: Press the “Submit Instruction Option” button
