Summer 2021 Meal Distribution
Free meals will continue to be distributed once a week throughout the summer. Meals will be available for pick up each Monday beginning Monday, May 24 to Monday, August 9 at Crystal Lake Central High School (45 W. Franklin Ave.) at the field house entrance off of Walkup Ave.
To accommodate summer holidays, meals will be distributed on Tuesday, June 1 and Tuesday, July 6.
All District 155 students are eligible to receive free grab-and-go breakfast and lunch meals during the 2020-21 school year.
Meal Distribution for Hybrid Students
Students will be arranged in groups of 50 or fewer and assigned to eat in designated areas throughout the building, including cafeterias, gymnasiums, classrooms, and alternate locations for meal consumption. Students may also bring their own lunch from home to eat during their lunch hour.
10-12th grade students will have the option of an open campus lunch hour and will be permitted to leave the building during this time with a signed parent release form. Free meals will also be available for students to pick up as they exit the building.
Grab-and-go meals are available to pick up daily for students attending in-person during our Hybrid model near the main office of their building.
Meal Distribution for Full-Time Remote Students
All students who selected full-time remote learning can pick up meals on Wednesdays at Crystal Lake Central High School, located at 45 W. Franklin Ave. in Crystal Lake (field house entrance off Walkup). Food will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Parents or students will receive meals for one week.
