Freedom of Information Act

Community High School District 155 strives for transparency. In addition to information available through this website, in newsletters, and available at public meetings, members of the public may request documents through the Illinois Freedom of Information.

Director of Communications Shannon Podzimek serves as the district's Freedom of Information Act officer.

Requests can be made through email, in-person at the District 155 Center for Education, via fax, or by U.S. mail. Contact information for submitting a request is below:

If you are submitting a FOIA request by email, please include all details of your request in the body of the email. For cybersecurity reasons, the district cannot open attachments or access hyperlinks to review request information. FOIA requests can be emailed to: distmail@d155.org.

Details of Freedom of Information Act Requests submitted to the district and available for public inspection are listed each month in the board of education agenda. This information is posted to the district website no later than 48 hours before each month's meeting, and an archive is maintained on the site.
