Technology Support

Students and staff needing technical support should visit the Tech Support Center in their school during free or passing periods. These centers are located in or near each school's library. The staff in the Tech Center can provide personalized assistance with password resets, non-functioning computer hardware, questions about program usage, and more!
The technology team has implemented a helpdesk solution by IncidentIQ so that users can also request help remotely or during non-working hours with the click of a button. From a Chrome device, simply click the Tech Support icon in the lower system tray.

Or, visit, and log in using your District 155 Google account credentials. If your device is damaged and you are unable to use it to submit a technology help request, you can install the IncidentIQ app on your smartphone. When prompted for the district URL, enter chsd155, then log in with your D155 Google account credentials. Please note that students and staff can submit a support ticket at any time; however, the technology department is only staffed Monday-Friday during regular school hours. Please know that the helpdesk ticketing system is regularly monitored, and a technician will respond to a ticket as soon possible during normal business hours.

District 155 offers its students a 1:1 technology program. This program provides a Google Chromebook device to each student so that it is available to him/her every period of the school day and at home.
