How do I request homework for my ill child?

• After 3 days call guidance department (815)-479-0404 and request homework.

What do I do If my child is ill?

• When a student is absent from school for all or part of a day; a parent or guardian must call the school on the day and report the absence.  The call must be made each day of the absence.  You may call 815-479-0404, ext 105 twenty-four hours a day to report absences.

  When calling to report an absence, please give the following information:

  Your name

  Student’s name

  Date of absence

  Reason of absence
  Specific time of absence     (all day,  periods 1-4,  10:30 am-2:15 pm, etc.)
