Scheduling for 2008-09

A master schedule of all student courses will be completed in late May so that students will have their class lists before summer vacation.  If you have questions concerning your student’s classes, please contact the Guidance Office.

Senior Info

On Tuesday, May 6th Todd Crandall from Jostens will be at Prairie Ridge in the front foyer to distribute cap and gown during lunch hours.

Senior Final Exam Exemption

  • The exemption is available only to 8th semester seniors during spring semester.  If students have any questions regarding their exam status, they should contact their teachers.
  • In order to be exempted from a final exam, a senior must satisfactorily complete all assignments when due during the 4th quarter. Qualifying seniors who exercise their option to be exempt from an exam will receive a semester grade that will reflect the average of both 3rd and 4th quarters.
  • If a student receives a grade of F for the 3rd or 4th quarter, he/she must take the final exam.
  • Finally, any senior wishing to take a final may do so.

Saturday, May 31st

Parking is limited.  Thus, car-pooling or any other efforts to reduce the strain on the school parking lots will be a tremendous help.  We need to respect the property of our neighbors, so please do not park on the streets of the subdivisions near the school.  Both the upper and lower lots will be available for parking.  As happened during last fall's football games, attendants may direct overflow parking to the PE fields immediately north of the school.  Do not park along the exit drives, in fire lanes, or in other “no parking” areas.  Police officers will be present for the proper traffic control.  During the ceremony, the upper lot will be separated from the lower lot by gates.  The lower lot is to exit east onto Pleasant Hill Road to avoid the Saturday afternoon traffic on Walkup.  The upper lot will exit directly onto Walkup.  After the lower lot has emptied, the gates will be removed, and any remaining cars in the upper lot will be able to use the Pleasant Hill exit.  Should you or a guest require special parking and/or seating, please contact Margaret Kopera in the Principal's office at 479-0404, ext. 200.
