Synopsis
The 2007 spring play will be 30 Neo-Futurist Plays from “Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind” created by Greg Allen and written by The Neo-Futurists—the popular, high-energy ensemble from Chicago. This show had its first performance in Chicago on December 2, 1988 and, now in its 19th year, is the longest-running show in Chicago today. Too Much Light... is a energetic blitz of 30 short plays in 60 minutes. The plays actively invite audience participation and create a living collage of the comic and tragic, the personal and political, and the visceral and experimental.
