• Responsible for facilitating a vision of learning through promoting the success of all students
• Works collaboratively with Cary-Grove, Crystal Lake South, and Prairie Ridge Principals
• Responsible for overall school operations; oversight of all student programming activities, school climate and supervises vice-principal, dean of students, athletic director, and department chairs
• Lead all school improvement initiatives at Crystal Lake Central High School
• Promotes instructional programming conducive to student learning and staff's professional growth
