These gingerbread houses were designed and built by students in the Foods and Nutrition classes taught by Mrs. Diana Morales. The gingerbread houses are all completely edible. As an added incentive, the faculty and staff of CLC voted on which gingerbread houses were most creative in design and use of materials as well as craftsmanship. The results are as follows:
