Although the Spring season is months away it is vitally important that you prepare your body for the upcoming Fall season. During the Fall many of you will play for various teams, and if you begin your Fall season fit you will find greater levels of success and development while with these teams. We have an eight week program that can be done independently, or in groups. This program can also be adjusted if the demands of another sport or team do not allow for this schedule. Players should be willing to demand from themselves, and work hard to prepare themselves. However, you should never put yourself in the position of over training. Rest time and time away from organized soccer is important. Just understand when it comes to fitness it is easier to maintain then to gain.
