Joining an athletic team!

How to find out about athletic teams:

An extracurricular night is held for incoming 8th graders every March.  All clubs and teams are invited to set up a table so that new students get information. During that night, incoming 8th graders will also be able to pick up forms that have all fall sports dates listed for try-outs. The winter and spring sports advertise on their bulletin boards or through announcements.

This year's Extracurricular Night will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008.

The first day of practice:

All athletic teams have various first days of practice.  It is easiest to check the schedule on the Prairie Ridge Website.  For fall sports, which will begin practice before school starts, a schedule will be sent in the summer newsletter packet.  This schedule will also be available on the Prairie Ridge Website.
