Our motto is "expect excellence" because that is what our program is all about. We expect to excel on the golf course, in the classroom, in character, and everywhere else.

Why do we need to expect excellence on the golf course? So many times throughout a round, the inner game causes us to lose our mental focus. Often times in the course of a round we think to ourselves, "I can't keep this up," or "I am playing poorly." By expecting excellence in every shot, hole, and round we are maintaining a more positive attitude, and therefore keeping the focus we need.

Excelling in the classroom is a must. Every golfer will be an above-average student. Without the mental development that the classroom gives, golfers could not succeed in golf or life.

Golfers at Prairie Ridge are young men of the highest character. Golf is a game rich in etiquette played by gentlemen competing against themselves and nature. P.R. Golfers conduct themselves as gentlemen, follow a high standard of values, and have excellent character.
